Hello,
We operate a custom apparel and merchandise printing business via https://ajgar.com/ and now we want to use HubSpot for lead management and improving automated follow-ups.
Most of our inquiries are from:
- bulk T-shirt printing
- corporate merchandise
- order requests for events and colleges
- branding kits for startups
- custom printing of hoodies and mugs
One challenge we are facing is organizing leads based on:
- quantity
- urgency
- location
- repeat customers
- the technique of printing (screen printing, DTF, embroidery, etc.)
At present we get a lot of inquiries through custom PHP forms on our site as well as on WhatsApp and Instagram. As it stands we are not only struggling to sort through these but also struggling to manage a high volume of inquiries.
We wish to have HubSpot do the following for us:
- auto tag bulk inquiries
- build a pipeline for the various stages of production
- automate the assignment of leads to sales team members
- automate follow up emails
- automate the tracking of customers who order multiple times
I have a few questions:
- How would you best recommend organizing your pipeline for a printing or custom manufacturing business?
- Do you think using custom properties is sufficient in designing the goods you offer and the order’s quantity?
- Has anyone linked custom PHP forms to the HubSpot CRM using the APIs?
- Can you recommend any good workflows for high volume requests for quotes?
I am looking forward to seeing how different people handle similar workflows using HubSpot.
