Best Way to Connect Job Application Forms with HubSpot?

I run 247JobInCanada a niche job board, and I’m looking to streamline how job application data flows into HubSpot.

We get dozens of submissions daily, and I’d like to automatically push applicant info into our CRM. Has anyone integrated external job forms (not HubSpot forms) into HubSpot successfully?

It looks like the site is using Wordpress? Are you using Contact Form 7 (or any form plugin) for the forms that you want to be pushed into Hubspot?

Have you looked at the integration plugin from Hubspot? It covers a lot of the general form plugins.

If you don’t want to use a plugin for integration, the other option would be to have the form submission trigger a webhook or API that pushes the data into Hubspot which is a lot more complicated.

Just to confirm, do you need the form submissions data saved somewhere else or only in HubSpot?

If it’s only in HubSpot, you can embed a HubSpot form directly instead.
