So, this may be a simple question, but I’ve searched high and low and can’t find a simple answer - where is the best place on my website to place my blog? We’re a financial broker. We’d like to offer a weekly blog for our visitors with educational information. Should “Blog” go in my header or footer? If in the header, should it go under my Contact Us dropdown or should it have its own title? Any sources you can provide for this information would be great. Thank you!

Others may disagree with me but I believe that a blog’s purpose is to bring visitors to your site from search, not to offer them a way out.
Navigation, meanwhile, should shape your customer’s journey and help them find the information needed to justify a purchase.
Therefore, in most cases, I recommend not having blog in the main navigation, in the footer is fine.
