Please consider creating a global function to limit the # of emails a user receives from Hubspot x day.
My database is growing. And so are the chain of automated workflow emails depending on what they trigger.
I want to avoid List crossing - where a contact could receive 2 or more emails a day. It’s not actually happening, but the concerned crossed my mind.
Idea: Being able to limit the amount of marketing emails sent to a contact per day. So, if a contact on a Tuesday triggers (or is queued) up for a marketing email, then one will figure on Tuesday and the other will be delayed to Wednesday.
Another example: If three emails are queued to be released on a wednesday, one would be sent on that wednesday, the next two emails on thursday and then friday.
I hope this idea catches on. It could be turned on and turned off.
