If you want to have a different name that "customer portal"for your portal, you cannot change the name of the link appearing on the attached domain.

I wanted to share this knowledge base article here, mentioning that you can change the name of the title which is the title that will appear in the browser tab when customers are logged into the customer portal.

I did it but it works only on the URL and browser tab, not on the page from where you can access to the portal (for example for us, it is related to the knowledge base domain. The link to reach it says “Customer Portal” and we cannot change it !)

I confirmed internally and currently, it’s not possible to customize that link text.

Have you ever tried the Customer Service Portal app? It allows you to change your domain name / name of the portal among many other things.
