I’m also in agreement.
I am part of a software company where we use Hubspot to compile all correspondance with current and potential users. Specifically, we note any potential upgrades mentioned by a client. It would be nice to search some key words and see how many of them have the same or similar requests.
This is just one example of the benefits this search functionality would have for my team.
