Instead of the conversation inbox using the from email as the default email used for associating contacts. Can there be an option where you can configure that inbox to look for email addresses and data in the body of the email to use to associate the contact.
We are looking at something similar as the idea from @brodie-ligr
In our case we would like to associate the recipient email to a contact in hubspot
We are using a google group to forward invoices from our accounting system to hubspot.
The invoice is sent to the customers directly from the accounting system. So instead of using the original email from our accounting system, or the forwarding email from the google group, we would need to use the recipient mail of our customer, to associate the invoice to the correct customer in hubspot.
