I sit on it and ponder. Sometimes I think I am wasting time, but inevitably, if I’m forcing a response to a decision that I’m not yet sure about, I pay for it later. So I let it simmer, and at some point, a decision that feels right - emerges. I first aim to avoid decision fatigue. When you have expressed a clear vision of what the purpose is, why it matters, and what it will look like at the end, you empower yourself and others to make decisions independently. Decisions are harder when things are more nebulous. In addition, teaming agreements help with delegation of decisions before they come to you.
