Hi, @drong. If you’re worried about your email being temporarily suspended, those actions are based on a total percentage of the overall send, not a raw total, and wouldn’t be a threat as long as your totals are under those rates.
If that’s not compatible, I’d try importing lists of segements of contacts, then building out sends specific to those smaller lists.
