We create templated workflows for events and similar ‘one-off’ scenarios that are cloned and certain elements need to be updated, such as emails being replaced or dates changed.
I would like to see Hubspot allow for some basic design elements that could allow for visual queues towards these elements. My ideas for this could be:
- A simple colour coding users could apply to elements themselves
- A simple border that coudl surround relevant elements
- Basic graphics in a post-it note style that could be added on to the blank background element of the workflow interface.
This entire idea could be limited to a new ‘template’ variety of workflows which must be cleared before publishing or simply left as design only components and visual cues.
