# Average time to close reports - closed date

Hi! We are using an HS-premade report for our onboarding KPIs that measure the **time to close for each ticket**. The report seems to be based on the create date, but I was wondering if there was any way to display the **closed date** instead?

Please follow the screenshot below for the correct setup.

.1 Create a Custom Ticket Report

.2 Select the Table Chart

.3 Add the following properties:

- Ticket Name
- Time to close
- Pipeline → This is useful if you have more than one pipeline

.4 Save and publish report
