# Autosave draft emails

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I’m an Associate Program Manager on our CXM team here at HubSpot. I’m excited to share that **auto-saving draft emails is in beta!** This is available in Help Desk and Conversations, but they work a bit differently:

- Drafts in help desk has an auto-save feature _and_ a drafts view
- Drafts in the inbox _only_ has an auto-save feature, so you won’t lose your work, but there is not a drafts view
