Automation of emails to contacts

Hi, I am new to HubSpot but am loving it so far.

I do have a problem though and need someones experience in how to solve my problem.

As a finance broker, I get client emails asking for funding for their property developments. I then email the lenders asking them if they can fund the development.

My problem is that I have several client contacts that I am communicating with the same lender for. How can I connect the lenders emails to the right client contact without it going to all contacts?

Hi @RWhitcher

You can set up Static Lists by Project or Lender.

That way you can manually add a Contact to a List, then email everyone on the list (by Project or Lender).
