# Automation Issue

Hello everyone,

I just signed up for hubspot and i have an automation question. I have created the workflow and they are published. However, the system will not allow me to assign contacts to it. I recently started the trial version that allows you to use this feature is that the reason why I can actually execute the automated workflows?

Could you share more context / a screenshot if your workflow?

thanks it was because i added a trail subscription and it does not allow me to send emails while in trial.
