I’m using Hubspot’s meeting scheduler, and would like to be able to change a lifecycle stage for a contact once they had booked a meeting through a specific meeting link - is that possible? wasn’t able to run it.

What if you want to use a meeting outcome vs a meeting link?

That is possible with a contact based workflow and the following triggers:
- event based trigger = form submission
- you then select the form name, this also show meeting link forms, and pick the specific one you want
- then set the lifecycle stage of the contact, et voila.
If a contact already has a “higher” lifecycle stage, HubSpot will not overwrite it.

the way to do it is with Automations (PRO licencing and up)
This will be the way Karsten and Frank Shared.
If you are on Free or Started you can solve this with 3rd party tools like Zapier.
