It would be useful that if the form is changed in the form section of HubSpot, it would be automatically updated in all pages where it is called up. Without having to manually update all pages or landing pages.
I am pretty sure publishing form changes will make those changes live wherever the form is embedded, at least that is how it has been working for the past 10 years I’ve been using HubSpot. If that is not happening in your case and you have a paid subscription, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support for troubleshooting.

Thank you for your response, however I have already spoken with HubSpot
support and they were the ones who suggested that I add an idea in the
community. I have also been using HubSpot for many clients for years.
Although some changes are published automatically (some changes in form
fields for examples), this is not the case for other settings such as
confirmation messages or redirects to thank you page.
