# Automatically Create Contact Lists from from an HTML Table in Gmail

Hello! I have a sales team that emails a list of offline contacts each week within HTML tables in the body of the emails. Is it possible to automate the creation of those contacts in HubSpot? If so, how?

You can use Zapier’s Email parser to extract data from an email and create or update contact records in Hubspot. It’s a paid tool, but worth it if you’ve got lots of manual data entry.

As long as the emails have a standard format it works good.

Are there multiple contacts within the Email body? If so, Zapier might not work.
