# Automatically create additional email property when merging contact

Hi team,  
raising this for a customer here.  
Currently, when merging contact, the email of the secondary contact will be the secondary email. The issue here is that both emails are parked under the “email property”  
As such, we we try to sync the email field over to external apps such as Salesforce, we are only able to sync the primary email over. However, this results in an incomplete CRM record.  
Would be great if we have the functionality to separate “secondary email” as a second property. Thanks!

This would be a great feature to have. Currently, we have to copy the secondary email manually to our SF.
