Hello!
Is there any way to automatically create a Ticket when I receive an incoming call to my Hubspot created phone number? Also is it somehow possible to create a ticket from a Teams call?
I was thinking of workflows, but not sure.

Thank you!

Hey @JKukko you can indeed do this through workflows! The property you’re looking for is an activity property called “call direction”. You can set this to “inbound” as the enrollment criteria, you can then set the next action to create a ticket. Like this:

Just remember you’ll need to associate a contact with your call in order to have them go through the workflow!

Hi Tom, if the ticket is created by the suggested worflow, it will have SLA assigned?

Thank you

Jaime

Just wondering if there was a response to the question “Hi Tom, if the ticket is created by the suggested worflow, it will have SLA assigned?”
