Is there a way of automatically associating contacts that are leads to the company they’re from?

I’m still getting used to HubSpot so I don’t think I worded my question correctly. I want to be able to automatically associate the leads to the company and contact records. Is this possible?

If this setting is enabled in your account to automatically associate contacts and companies with each other

Now when you enable your prospecting workspace settings to automatically create a lead based on lifecycle stage:

The associated contacts and companies will be automatically added to your prospecting workspace click on the lead and click on the association section:
