Automatically asscoiate contacts & companies

Hi how do I automatically associate contacts with company name? Not by email or domain.

For example I deal with mulit-national companies which have the following scenario:

Company Ltd (HQ in UK)

Company SpA (Italy)

Company GmbH (Germany)

Company AS (Spain)

Whilst it is the same company, I want to associate contacts (automatically) to the country office (name) but as the contacts all have the same email / domain etc.. HubSpot associates all contacts to Company Ltd (HQ in UK) … any ideas appreciated. Cheers!

Hi @Joemara007 At this time you will have to make the changes manually. The system doesn’t know the hierarchy of companies, and has no way of knowing which contact to associate.
