Automatically add visitor's email to chat conversation (from logged in users)

Hi,

We’re now implementing the Hubspot chat conversations tool on our website where users are all logged in with all identification data that we need (names & email).

How can I automatically add visitor’s details to the conversation.

I admit I don’t find post nor documentation on how to do that.

I want to avoid asking my visitors to give their email again, of course.

This is a topic which is discussed frequently! Whilst we do provide some means of identifying Contacts when chatting, there is currently no way to guarantee that a chat won’t come in under an “Unknown Visitor,” even with the method outlined in this post below:
