Hi Community,
I’m looking to automatically populate a HubDB table (e.g., “Member Directory”) with Company records where the Company property “Current Member” = Yes, and automatically remove them when it’s set to No.
After reviewing the available workflow actions, it appears this functionality is not currently available natively in HubSpot and would require using the HubDB API (e.g., via a custom code action or external integration).
If this is something you’d also find useful, please upvote this request so the HubSpot product team can consider adding this as a built-in feature.
