Automatically add contacts to "never log" list when they're deleted

Hi there,

Wondering if there might be a workaround for this issue.

We have the sales extension installed for Outlook. We’re finding that we’ll delete a contact in HubSpot, but then we may have further emails with them and the contact gets created again.

It would be useful if there were a way to have contacts automatically added to our “never log” list when they get deleted.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

As far as I know this is currently not possible but it is certainly a valid request. You could submit it to the product team by posting in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Hi @TSaunders2, Good Question!

Natively there is no possibility as @karstenkoehler said you should raise an Idea.

I found this workaround where you can use a list to make it a bit pain-less, It not Ideal but
