Hi All

We’ve just sent out an event invitation, using the ‘From’ email address as our COO, and the ‘Reply to’ as our generic events inbox. Obviously, we were hoping that the invitation would appear as if the COO had sent it himself, but we didn’t want him to personally get all the replies.

However, where there are auto-generated bouncebacks, they are going to the COO’s inbox. There’s no way for us to change this. Please could we have the chance to select where auto-responses route to? Our COO’s inbox is now full of bouncebacks!

We’re experiencing the same issue. I’ve been trying to find an answer here in the community but so far, all I can find is that it’s not possible to do much about it.
This was the most recent thread/answer to a similar question I could find:

Nevertheless, if there is a solution for it by now, I would obviously also like to know 😉

We have had this exact same use-case and issue! Any bounces or automatic responses are beign sent to the “from” address (a now very annoyed executive) instead of the “reply to” address. This is a high-priority fix in our opinion!

Same issue for us. I can see it’s also in this idea here - [https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Receiving-auto-response-for-marketing-emails/idi-p/441371](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Receiving-auto-response-for-marketing-emails/idi-p/441371)

We cannot have these emails going out with a generic email address e.g. [hello@company.com,](mailto:hello@company.com,) it has to appear as though it’s our Sales Director & co.

It isn’t great practice to ask Sales to set up inbox rules as a workaround when there should be a catch-all approach in platform.
