Agreed wholeheartedly. My main issue comes into play with the inconsistency of auto-formatting when entering contact information. Sometimes it formats, sometimes not and when it doesn’t, why do I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the country list to find the US, which should be my default.

Also, on the Outlook sales plug-in, when you view contact in the sidebar, it doesn’t show any separators in the phone numbers, which is a pet peeve of mine, because it makes them extremely hard to read and extremely easy to misread.
