Just to confirm, when someone books a meeting through a meeting link, you would like to see a pop up for that meeting in your HubSpot browser? If so, that’s unfortunately not possible. HubSpot doesn’t offer this level of customization.

i want this to happen for the sales person so when they move the deal form lets say to contact for new meeting to meeting booked. I want to then let the planning form appear for this deal.

i don’t know, but it should be the people invited to the meeting.

I am sorry but i don’t know if this is correct for what i need. I need an automatic email to be sent to the people invited to the meeting but the sales representative makes the appointment and not the customer. The salesman makes the appointment in the planning.

@EDeMunter what do you want that email to say and when exactly should it be sent?
I want the email to say that the meeting with (sales representative) is booked at (date and time). The email has to be send as soon as the meeting is booked.
@EDeMunter how would that be different from the actual meeting invitation? When your sales person is sending the invitation, why not include this information in the invitation directly?

@EDeMunter when you schedule a meeting through HubSpot, a meeting invite should be sent to all invited contacts, yes - you can test this by having a coworker schedule a meeting with you.
And where can i customize this email?
@EDeMunter there isn’t any way to customize the design of a calendar invitation - it’s plain text, the same way any calendar invitation would look that you receive. Whatever text you put into the scheduled meeting invite is what’s going to be sent.
But i can’t make this text automatic, as like a template. So i don’t have to remake the email every time?

But no, there isn’t any way to standardize the text of a calendar invitation that is sent automatically.
