The Problem: When we add a note to a Deal record, that information is currently only linked to the associated Company and Contacts. This forces our Project Management team to manually look up notes or re-enter information, creating a gap in communication and context when working within the dedicated Project.
The Solution: Implement automatic note association so that any note created on a main object (like a Deal) is instantly and automatically linked to any Projects that are related to that object. This would significantly streamline the flow of information between the Sales and Project Management teams.
