Hi @AKumar803, Which value exactly did the contacts for whom this is not working have before and which value do they have now? Keep in mind that contacts which have “Run now” as value for “Start TIN Verification” will not re-enroll if you import them with the value “Run now”. The value has stayed the same, so now re-enrollment can happen. Re-enrollment would only trigger if the value was something else in between. If that is not answering your question, please click into the enrollment criteria box, then use the “Test contact” button in the left sidebar for a contact which you expect to enroll but who doesn’t, then share a screenshot here. Please also make sure that the contacts did actually not enroll by looking at the workflow details page / action log: [Understand your workflow details page](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page) They might have enrolled but the workflow action might not have executed in the way you expected to, leading you to think they weren’t enrolled to begin with. See, I am creating or uploading conatcts data and start verification field is empty, then I manually change it to run now, then it should trigger workflow, but it is not triggering for new contacts. ---

@AKumar803 what you’re showing is to be expected - the contact does not meet the enrollment criteria. Please pick a contact that, in your eyes, meets the enrollment criteria and provide the same screenshots. ---

@AKumar803 that is the contact index page - thank you for sharing that screenshot. For a contact you’re setting to “Run now” on the contact index page, please also share a screenshot of the “Test contact” feature in the workflow enrollment criteria. If this is for some reason not working from the index page the most likely reason is that you’re not waiting for the value to save or that you’re not confirming the save. ---

My client has said, he wants to upload conatcts, initially tin verification value will be empty, then he will manually change it to run now which will trigger workflow and custom code in it. ---

@AKumar803 I understand your problem, you please need to follow my instructions. If you don’t, I cannot help you. Assuming that this is a record that you just edited on the contact index page, it is meeting the enrollment criteria just fine. If you think the contact did not enroll, please check the actions log / enrollment history to verify that. If they did in fact enroll, then everything is great. If they didn’t, despite meeting the enrollment criteria, you should reach out to HubSpot support in-app via chat or email. From what I can tell, everything is working as expected. If it isn’t, please provide a step by step explanation why it is not. ---

Hi karsten, upon debugging I found that there was a minor mistake in my custom code, I found it through action logs. The issue is now solved. thanks
