Automatic email notification to contact for free trial account

hi i am just new to hubspot and not sure if it is possible.

We are doing a free trial demo of the app to prospected clients. we give them a 3 months free trial to use the app. Now what i need is to send an automated warning notification, let say 1 week before free trial expiration to those contacts that is having the demo.

is is possible to do it and how?

Hi @DAntolin.

This is not possible in the free CRM, no. It would require a date-centered contact-based workflow, requiring a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. Without it, you’re not able to send this notification from HubSpot.

If upgrading is an option, let me know. Happy to help you get set up with this workflow, the structure would be a matter of minutes.

Hi @DAntolin

With HubSpot Marketing Pro you can set up a Workflow with delays and emails.

Which would be ideal for what you’ve described.

But, it’s not available in the free version.
