Dear Community
I am looking to automate my lead acquisition (from website) to hubspot process. My goal is to automate as much of the process from a potential customer lands on website, and fills out an embedded Hubspot form to when a sales rep takes over dialogue.
My questions are:
- Is it possible to have hubspot automatically create contacts and companies from information typed into a hubspot form on my website? (build in Webflow)
- Is it possible to automate emails responding to a filled in form?
- Is it possible to send different emails (templates) to the clients who just filled out forms, depending on what information they filled into the form (two different emails to client A & B, but with information from the same form)
I hope you can guide me towards more information or enlighten me on the possibilities ![]()

Hi @DanielSerop,
Welcome to the community! Let’s go through these one by one.
Is it possible to have hubspot automatically create contacts and companies from information typed into a hubspot form on my website? (build in Webflow)
Yes! This is a free default feature. Standard form submissions always create contacts, company records can be created automatically, too: Automatically create and associate companies with contacts
Is it possible to automate emails responding to a filled in form?
Also yes, there are free follow-up emails (Automate form submission actions) which are being sent right after a form is submitted. Or more sophisticated automation features requiring workflows, available in the pricier Professional and Enterprise licenses, allowing for more customization.
Is it possible to send different emails (templates) to the clients who just filled out forms, depending on what information they filled into the form (two different emails to client A & B, but with information from the same form)
Yes, if I understand you correctly. Emails can be personalized with any information that was input into a form using so-called personalization tokens: Use personalization tokens Again, for more sophisticated rules (if X applies, then do Y), workflows would be needed.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
Thanks for the reply Karsten, helps me a lot!
