I am really surprised this is not a feature. It would seem to me that it should be either part of the Product catalog, or a setting for all quotes.
This is going to likely be a dealkiller for me, as I’m just getting started with using the tool. I am also advising a few clients about their CRM choice, and this may come up again.
For now, I may just use Wix for my quotes, because they have universal tax. Foruntately, I can do that, because it’s just me…
