I’m quite shocked at the lack of attention to sales tax, especially since HubSpot is such a leader in all things sales & marketing. To make our sales team manually add sales tax to the states we have nexus in is ridiculous, not to mention prime spot to make errors in calculation & using the wrong tax rate. WI & FL have variable tax rates (Florida is THE WORST offender), and to make our sales team take time out of their day they could be doing sales to track down sales tax rates is silly, especially with the availablilty of tax-related tools these days!
