I love the Hubspot quotes module and we have recently started the implementation process. We have managed to customize the majority of the experience, but unfortunately there is an automated email that goes out when the quote is signed, that can’t be customized. I understand that we can create a workflow to send out our own custom email, which is great! But considering the inability to deactivate the automated email, this could be percieved as bombarding the customer. So we either need the option to customize the email or disable it.
Yes, this would be good to be able to either turn off or edit. We use brands and the email always has the account logo which isn’t ideal as it causes some confusion.
