Automated migration of contacts from one hubspot org to another

Hi all!

We have two hubspot organizations and some leads go from org 1 to org 2 based on a lead status. Right now I move them manually but with their growing number this becomes insufficient.

Is there a way to automatically transfer a contact from one org to another based on their lead status? I already checked the Portal Replicator and HubSpot To HubSpot Migrator. and one is not designed for that and the other is too costly.

HubSpot does not have any built-in functionalities that accomplish this directly. If none of the app marketplaces offerings match your requirements, I’d recommend looking into the HubSpot API or webhooks:

Thanks Karsten! I used Zappier and after some initial tests it works well. I hopped there is a native soluton but Zappier seams to work just fine. Cheers!
