Hi Community.
We use HubSpot Forms on our Squarespace website for charity referrals. We have an automated email response to all referrals sent, and on HubSpot this is set to ‘on’, the email is drafted and yet no automated responses are being sent, nor have been since we set this up!
HubSpot have not supported me in this via tch support or sales. I have photos to explain better if needed!
I moved this to a different part of the community to get you more targeted views from folks who use our Forms tools.
