Hi everyone,
At Nappoly, we’ve built Moglo, a lightweight integration that fills a key gap in HubSpot: automating data imports from FTP/SFTP servers or CSV files, including object associations.
We created Moglo to help HubSpot users who need to:
- Sync external data (ERP, CRM exports, etc.) through FTP into HubSpot
- Automatically create records for contacts, companies, deals, or custom objects through FTP imports
- Associate records on the fly (e.g. contacts ⇄ companies ⇄ deals) with FTP.
- Schedule recurring exports (daily, weekly, etc.) with no manual steps
Today, there is no native HubSpot solution for advanced or recurring file-based imports/exports with relationships between records. Moglo addresses this gap by offering a flexible, no-code solution that integrates smoothly with HubSpot workflows.
It’s ideal for teams who want to avoid building custom scripts or maintaining middleware just to get their data in the right place.
If you’re working on something similar, happy to chat or show how Moglo could help.
We are still in beta and looking for users who want to try it for free.

Hello AustenCrist, do you have any issue on our tool ?
Really like this, @Roland_Nappoly .
You’re right HubSpot doesn’t have anything native for recurring FTP/SFTP or file-based imports with associations, so teams usually end up patching it with scripts or one-off middleware. Moglo looks like a clean way to cover that gap without needing dev time
One thing your post highlights well is associations. That’s the exact pain where a lot of DIY jobs break contacts, companies, deals all need to stay linked or you create data chaos. Automating that from file-based flows is a strong differentiator.
On a related note, some teams solve the same headache by moving from batch FTP jobs into real-time two-way sync between systems.
That’s the lane we work in at Stacksync: instead of scheduled file drops, we keep CRMs, ERPs, and databases in sync instantly, including associations across objectss
It cuts the need for manual imports or “dirty plumbing” scripts and saves about 40% of engineering effort on average.
It’s a massive pain point. Super useful work on Moglo, nice to see this option coming out.
