Hi,

I cannot find any feature on HubSpot that will help me automate the sending of our newsletter twice per month on different contacts and subscribers.

Can you guys help please? What it’s the best option to automate this step?

Thank you for getting back to me.

I haven’t created a workflow for our regular montlhy newsletter. It’s just a basic set up email on HubSpot and we want to send it in different days to different contacts and subcribers that will join our mailing list.

The contacts are in one list. Do I need to add them in a group or is there any other way to automate this process and not enter each contact manually using the ‘Send to More’ option?

We’re using Marketing Pro subscription level. We have access to workflows, but how can we use them to send the same newsletter to different contacts in different days of the week?

Can you please explain me more or if there is some other option that we’re not aware of please share it with me here.

@AleksandraK here’s how I understand newsletters as I’ve used them over the years.

Someone has to create the newsletter each time. Which means the email doesn’t exist anywhere, where it could be attached to a workflow. So you create and send each time - that’s a “regular email,” not automated. You can send those regular emails based on timezone, but not different days.

I’m not sure I understand how a workflow would help to send a newsletter. You’d have to create it as an automated email, and add it to a workflow which has a trigger and sends emails based on that trigger and when it was met. So you’d have to have a different workflow for each newsletter send, delaying them until certain days for different criteria. But it would be a new workflow every time.

You could potentially create a blog where each blog article/post was the newsletter, and people could subscribe to the blog (like a RSS feed). They could then choose to receive it immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly. But this also wouldn’t be a workflow.

I don’t know if that helps, but hopefully.
