Recently I have seen an AI chat conversation where a user and the AI had a full conversation switching between English and Russian languages at will. This got me thinking if there was a capacity that if this chat got handed off to a human agent that there would be the ability to auto translate the responses between the user and the human agent in there given language.

Yes, real-time translation during a human handoff would be very useful. The system could detect each language and translate messages both ways while keeping the original text visible to the agent. The main challenge is preserving context and tone when switching languages.
