Whenever any changes made on a lead i.e. creating lead, task, note, mail sent to customer etc, all these activities are tracked on user’s timeline only. These activity alerts should be emailed to user and managers so that they can aware what’s going on my CRM portal. Zoho CRM sends such alerts. ---
