Is there a way to create automatically an invoice when quote status changes to “Signed”?
I tried the workflow tool, but it does not give me the option to create a criteria based on Quote status change.

I’ve hit this roadblock a few times. I am not aware of a native workaround at this time that fully automates the process. If quote status (signed), was available in the workflows, it would be helpful.

We have an invoice automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It it will give you more control over when the invoice is created. Using Portant invoices can be created on a deal stage changing, (or even create an invoice when different property combinations are true). I made a short 60s video about it here:
