We have our Hubspot’s default currency set to GBP. All our product line items use this currency in our abandoned basket email. These line items are pulled from our ecommerce platform (Drupal).
How can I automatically show a converted amount in either USD or EUR for customers who abandon their baskets from those relevant regions?

It is currently not possible to automatically convert line items’ currencies in HubSpot. That is a great suggestion though! 
It might be worth checking with your developer to see if there is a way to auto-update currencies in Drupal with custom coding though!
