Thank you all for taking the time to submit, vote and comment on this Idea. My name is Melissa, and I’m the Produce Manager for HubSpot’s Meetings tool.
I’m happy to announce a few options that are In Beta that can help you automate setting meeting outcome after a meeting. First, we have a beta open now for anyone to opt into called “Meetings in Workflows”. This beta allows you to create meetings-based workflows, which you can use to automate setting meeting outcome. Current beta users have used this functionality to either automatically set meeting outcome to complete after the end time of the meeting has passed as well as more advanced flows like automatically setting the meeting outcome to complete when the associated call has a transcript in HubSpot. This beta is available for Pro+ tier accounts that have access to workflows.
Additionally, for any Sales/Service Professional and Enterprise accounts, we have a public beta called “Notetaker with Smart Deal Progression” that allows you to use data capture to automatically update meeting outcome based on what happened in the meeting transcript. Learn more about how to configure data capture settings here. You can choose to set meeting outcome as a property that automaticall updates or choose to provide your reps with reminders and one-click approve/deny capabilities if you aren’t comfortable with fully automating but don’t want your reps forgetting to set the meeting outcome.
For those in the thread asking about bulk updating meeting outcome, I’m happy to share that this ability is now live to all via the new Meetings Index page!
I’ll keep this thread updated once both Meetings in Workflows and Smart Deal Progression betas are delivered and live to all.
