100% agree that would be a great feature.
At the moment there is no way to either add an automatic cc to the email or have a copy of the email automatically sent to that person who would be cc’d using a workflow so with the only solution being to either manually cc that person or forward the email after the fact, there are simply way too many chances for this step to be forgotten.
