Auto-assign contact owner based on freemail domain?

Hi all,

My marketing team has asked me to look into whether there is a function that automatically assigns freemails (Gmail, Hotmail etc) to a specific HubSpot user. After checking through all the settings, I can’t find one - does anyone know if this exists? If so, where would I find it?

Hi @DanielCENTURY,

Do you have access to workflows? If so, you could try setting up a workflow with the enrollment criteria of email ends with @gmail.com and then have the contacts that are enrolled in the workflow assigned to a certain owner.

Thanks for replying. We’ve recently upgraded to marketing Pro so I believe the marketing team should have access to workflows, I’ll pass that info on to them.
