I am trying to better understand when i use the Outlook Sales Extension or the Outlook Calendar plug-in how those tools authenticate w/my O365 account. Essentially i’m wondering if there’s a technical white paper that explains how they interact on a high level. All i can find is configuration and setup guides, which i know how to do. But our IT Dept. is asking to understand better how that integration works before they roll it out firm-wide. Anybody aware of resources on this??
Hey @TFoerster I don’t see anywhere this is provided by HubSpot. I don’t see technical specs being shared by a lot of companys to be honest, but there are some FAQs here which might help a bit!
