Audit Contacts Lists (Export?)

Hi everyone,

We are looking to do an audit of our existing static and dynamic lists in Hubspot. Would you know if there is a way to export existing lists in a spreadsheet format?

Hi @Stay_Fun,

If you’re looking for a way to download a list of your lists, that’s currently not possible directly. You can only download contacts from lists: Export segments

As a workaround, you could create a custom report. This requires a Professional subscription. The approach here would be to create a report of under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Single object > Contacts. You’d display the Count of contacts by List membership. This cannot be downloaded but it’s a great overview.
