I agree with all of the above. Hubspot should remember the mic and speaker settings from call to call, AND, for calls, it should default to the “Default Communication Device” instead of the “Default Device”. That way, one could set up system sounds on the default device and another device for communication, as it is designed in Windows. Please fix!
