It would be so helpful if the attachments that were sent with the email(s) stayed on when the user goes back and retroactively logs the email later.

How is this not even a feature? I love Hubspot, but it always seems like you get us just halfway there.

I was told this was by “design”.. .not a very good design, I feel. It’s bad enough that Outlook comes to a stretching halt when the plug-in is active, but being able to retroactively attach an email with the attachment should be a given. Incidentally, the “work-around” is to upload manually the attachment from your computer (not from Outlook). That is a pain, as it’s still only attached to the record, not the actual email the attachment is associated with.

I’m suprised this is no feature yet. Half of our work in Hubspot is sending an receiving emails. But incoming attachments have to be manually downloaded and then uploaded? Don’t get it.

Its crazy that worthless pngs from emailfooter is logged and clouding all attachment with junk, but if you send importan PDFs as attachments its not logged.

It would be great if Hubspot were to prioritize ideas like these, that should be a relatively easy fix.

Clearly there are a lot of daily users that are experiencing inconveniences with retroactively logging e-mails to Hubspot.
