Attachment file name not showing on logged email/notes

Hi team,

Previously when hovering over an attachment file on a logged email/note/call note you could see the full title without having to open it.

Can you confirm if this has been removed or if this is a manual setting we can turn back on?

It can be quite tedious if an log on a deal/contact screen has numerous attachments and we have to open each and every single one to see the title.

I would suggest this be something that is kept on as it ensures ease of use/ locating files and is quite counter-intuitive for you to remove.

I don’t believe there’s any manual setting available to toggle this on or off. It looks like the ability to view the full file name on hover has either been removed or changed by HubSpot in a recent UI update, though I haven’t seen anything officially mentioned in the release notes.

I’d recommend opening a support ticket to confirm this directly with the HubSpot team; there’s a chance they might provide clarity or a workaround. Also tagging the community managers here in case they have more insight on whether this change is intentional or temporary.
